Delta-8 Cartridge

With the industry’s advancements in hemp extraction it’s been easier over the last couple years to isolate minor cannabinoids such as Delta 8 THC.  We all know its cannabis cousin Delta 9 THC, which is still federally illegal. But D8 on the other hand remains federally legal!  For now…  As long as the product contains less than .3% D9 THC and is extracted from industrial hemp.

A study from 1995 conveys that Delta 8 THC is less psychoactive. But the effects are said to be more or less around the same as Delta 9 THC but significantly less intense.  You’ll find it’ll stimulate appetite and energize or relax the consumer based on the terpenes used.  We use Forbidden Fruit terps in our Indica blend and Alaskan Thunder in our Sativa.

Alaskan Thunder usually presents incredibly strong odors of pine, lemon, menthol and skunk. Its known for its relaxing effects and also described as having a “creeper” effect as well. There could also be pronounced appetite enhancement.

How does this work?

It all starts with the Endocannabinoid System or ECS. The ECS is a cell signaling system that was discovered in the early 90s when THC research began. While not everything is completely understood about the ECS, there are key factors that researchers have determined. Our ECS is active with or without the consumption of cannabinoids like THC, CBD, CBG, etc. The body naturally produces a variety of cannabinoids, the ECS modifies and regulates some crucial aspects of a healthy life.
